1. Agreement to Terms

This website and The Legendary Network mobile app for iOS and Android are operated by Blue Line K-9, Inc., doing business as "The Soler Effect." By accessing the website, installing or using the app, or purchasing products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. For The Legendary Network app, these Terms also serve as the End User License Agreement (EULA) between you and Blue Line K-9, Inc. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the website, the app, and our services.

2. Grant of License

Permission is granted to temporarily download materials from The Soler Effect website for personal, non-commercial viewing only. Under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by The Soler Effect at any time.

3. Mobile App License (EULA)

Blue Line K-9, Inc. grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use The Legendary Network app on devices you own or control, for your personal use only. This license does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or reverse engineer the app or any part of it.

3.1 Apple App Store Terms

If you downloaded The Legendary Network from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that:

• This agreement is between you and Blue Line K-9, Inc. only, not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the app
• If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app, if any; Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, or consumer protection claims
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it against you
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties

3.2 Google Play Terms

If you downloaded the app from Google Play, your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Google is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for the app or its content.

4. Community Guidelines & Objectionable Content

The Legendary Network includes community spaces where members post, comment, and message each other. The following content is prohibited everywhere in our Service:

• Harassment, bullying, threats, or abuse directed at any person
• Hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic
• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or graphically violent material
• Spam, scams, pyramid schemes, or deceptive commercial solicitation
• Impersonation of any person or organization
• Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
• Content that promotes or facilitates illegal activity

4.1 Reporting, Blocking & Enforcement

• Report: Content in the app can be flagged using the in-app report option, or by contacting us at michael@thesolereffect.com or 984-400-8168
• Block: You can block any user inside the app; blocked users cannot interact with you
• Enforcement: We review every report, remove content that violates these guidelines, and eject offending users within 24 hours of the report
• Termination: We may suspend or permanently remove any account that violates these guidelines, with or without notice

5. Disclaimer & Disclosures

The materials on The Soler Effect website are provided on an "as is" basis. The Soler Effect makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

6. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall The Soler Effect or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on The Soler Effect website, even if The Soler Effect or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

7. Revisions & Errata

The materials appearing on The Soler Effect website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. The Soler Effect does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. The Soler Effect may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.

8. Links

The Soler Effect has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by The Soler Effect of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

9. Modifications to Terms

The Soler Effect may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. By using this website, you agree to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms and Conditions. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

11. Relationship of Parties

Users of this site are customers or licensees only. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, employment, franchise, or agency relationship between you and The Soler Effect.

12. Email Communications Consent

By purchasing a product or subscribing to any service offered by The Soler Effect, you consent to receive promotional emails including updates, offers, and newsletters. Every email includes an unsubscribe link and you may opt out at any time.

13. SMS / Text Messaging

By opting in to our SMS program, you consent to receive text messages from The Soler Effect, including motivational content, updates, and promotional offers. Standard carrier message and data rates may apply.

13.1 Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service, make purchases, or subscribe to any program offered by The Soler Effect.

14. Your Content

• Ownership: You retain ownership of any content you submit
• License: By submitting content, you grant The Soler Effect a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the Service
• Responsibility: You warrant that you own or have rights to any content you submit and that it does not violate third-party rights
• Prohibited Content: Unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or invasive content is strictly prohibited, and everything you post in The Legendary Network must follow the Community Guidelines in Section 4
• Removal: The Soler Effect reserves the right to remove any content without notice, and removes reported violations within 24 hours as described in Section 4.1

15. Fees, Subscriptions & Refunds

• All pricing is in U.S. dollars and is subject to change at any time
• Providing payment information authorizes charges to the stated payment method
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Billing occurs monthly, annually, or as specified at the time of purchase
• Applicable taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser
• Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of access
• Major credit/debit cards and other displayed payment methods are accepted

16. Push Notifications & Account Deletion

By enabling push notifications in The Legendary Network, you consent to receive notifications about community activity, courses, and your account. You can turn them off at any time in your device settings.

You may delete your account and associated data at any time from inside the app (Settings, then Delete Account) or through our Account & Data Deletion page. Our Privacy Policy explains what is deleted and what we may retain.
