Both are operated by Blue Line K-9, Inc., doing business as (DBA) "The Soler Effect," with its principal office at 472 Cleveland Crossing Dr 101, Garner NC 27529. In this policy, "Service" means the website, The Legendary Network app, and the programs we deliver through them. The Legendary Network Mobile App

The Legendary Network is our mobile app for iOS and Android, operated by Blue Line K-9, Inc. (DBA The Soler Effect). When you use the app, we collect and process the following in addition to the data described above:

• Account information: your name, email address, phone number, and profile photo
• Community content: posts, comments, reactions, and messages you share in community spaces; this content is visible to other members of those spaces
• Push notification tokens: a device token that lets us send you notifications about community activity, courses, and account updates
• Device and usage data: device type, operating system, device identifiers, crash reports, and in-app activity used to keep the app secure and make it better

Device Permissions

The app may ask for access to your camera and photo library so you can add a profile photo or attach images to posts, and for permission to send push notifications. Each permission is requested when you first use the related feature. Every permission is optional and can be turned off at any time in your device settings.

Push Notifications

We use push notifications for community activity, course updates, and account alerts. You can turn them off in your device settings at any time without losing access to any feature.

Platform Provider

The Legendary Network is built and hosted on the LeadConnector platform operated by HighLevel Inc., which processes your data on our behalf as a service provider under contract. HighLevel does not sell your personal data and may only use it to provide the platform to us.

Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your account and associated data at any time from inside the app (Settings, then Delete Account) or by submitting a request on our Account & Data Deletion page. We process deletion requests within 30 days. We may keep limited records where the law requires it, such as billing and tax records.

SMS / Text Messaging Program

By opting in to our SMS program, you consent to receive text messages sent by or on behalf of Blue Line K-9, Inc. at the mobile number you provide. Message types include:

• Transactional messages: order confirmations, account updates, and customer support
• Marketing messages: daily training content and promotional offers (requires separate opt-in; up to one message per day)

To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. Standard carrier rates may apply.
