Registration & Seating

The Total Impact System Masterclass is a live, in-person, 3-day event held October 12–14, 2026 at The Soler Effect HQ, 472 Cleveland Crossing Drive, Suite 101, Garner, NC. Seating is strictly limited to 20 attendees. Your seat is confirmed when payment (in full or your first installment) is received and you receive a confirmation email. Registration closes when all 20 seats are filled.

Our Day-One Guarantee

We stand behind the room. Attend all of Day One, complete your Total Impact Wheel workbook, and if by the end of Day One you do not believe the event will deliver the value of your investment, simply submit your completed materials and request a refund by 11:59 PM on Day One (October 12, 2026). We will refund your registration in full.

This guarantee asks one thing of you: show up and do the work on Day One. We can only stand behind results for people who are in the room and engaged.

Cancellations & Transfers

Outside of the Day-One Guarantee above, registrations are non-refundable. Because seating is limited to 20, your reserved seat takes a spot another driven leader could have filled.

However, your seat is transferable:

  • You may transfer your seat to another person with at least 14 days' written notice before the event.
  • You may apply your payment as a credit toward a future Total Impact System Masterclass with at least 14 days' written notice.
  • No-shows forfeit their registration and any payments made.

To request a transfer or credit, contact us at the email below before the 14-day window closes.

Payment Plans

If you reserve your seat on a payment plan, you are responsible for the full balance regardless of attendance, completion, or transfer. Installments are billed on schedule. If a payment is late, declined, or fails, we may pause your registration until your account is brought current. Choosing a payment plan does not change the cancellation or refund terms above.

Results Disclaimer

The Soler Effect provides education, frameworks, and coaching. We do not guarantee any specific income, business result, financial outcome, or personal transformation. Any examples, testimonials, or results shared are illustrations of what's possible, not promises of what you'll achieve. Your results depend on your effort, your circumstances, and your execution.
